Bistro Mecha — Restaurant in State of Mexico

Nice small cafe with a well thought out menu. A few small touches would make it great. The sundried tomato toast was amazing in flavor but difficult to eat, as the tomatoes were still whole and very chewy. If the tomatoes were a spread or relish of sundried tomato it would be easier to eat and taste the same. It was really delicious regardless. The spinach salad was also excellent, but if the spinach were cut or shredded it would be easier to eat it with all of the toppings, the balsamic dressing was great as well. I...

Yo pienso ir porque desde hace añales he visto este restaurante, sin embargo con base en los comentarios, veo que el restaurante es afectado por "pequeñeces" que a la larga son la razón entre i cerrar 👎 o seguir operando 👍. Por ejemplo, dicen que solo hay una silla de bebé, simple; compren más y ya 😂. El sabor de los alimentos es ácido 😝, simple; no compren verdura barata, eso elevará el sabor tremendamente🫑🥕🍅🥬. Dicen que saben a jitomate de lata 🧃, simple; preparenlo y eso bajara incluso costos. Se quejan del pobre servicio tanto de meseros como cajera, simple; capacitenlos con alguien experto (a la fecha por ejemplo yo jamás he visto un mesero trabajando con los estándares de un verdadero mesero, no sé que pasa pero yo creo los dueños piensan que si es preguntar que quieren de comer y servir, y eso está terriblemente erróneo). Se quejan de las reservas y pedidos no procesados, simple; hoy con tanta tecnología es tonto no actualizar el sistema 🙂💻.

En si, estos "detalles" no deberían afectar a un restaurante, pero si afectan de manera tremenda la experiencia del comensal.
