Fiesta Inn Toluca Centro — Hotel in State of Mexico

We only stayed here one night so unfortunately our experience was limited as a result and we didn’t get to make use of the facilities provided. Breakfast wasn’t included so we decided before leaving (After checking out) we’d try somewhere nearby. There’s a fantastic place across the road to the left which was delicious and very well priced. Pity we weren’t staying longer as we loved to have tried there for dinner. The hotel was very clean and tidy, hand sanitizers were installed on walls and in the elevator. Check in was very swift and polite. The room itself was a little small but wasn’t an issue. Our room faced to the front of the building onto the road but this also wasn’t an issue at all, no noise throughout the night. The WiFi connection was decent and the tv service was good (huge tv). The bathroom was really nice and the shower was very good and hot. They have a car park under the hotel which is 50pesos a night, pretty good. It’s a bit tight and small to get around and we had some difficulties being in a very long large older car. The ramps are very steep so the underneath got scraped going in and out unfortunately. Though being able to park the car there was very handy. There’s also a car park across the road l, not connected to the hotel if you needed it. All in all, our short stay was good and comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant unfortunately so can’t say if it’s good value etc. But the hotel and its staff are warm...

Great location with an easy walk to the Cathedral, the Botanic Garden, and the rest of Centro. Very comfortable room, great bedding and towels, well-appointed throughout. Friendly staff, too. A non-criticism, but observation that might matter, is that very few staff are English speakers. I can get by, but if you have no Spanish skills it might be tough.||We were in a suite, which meant we had a fridge and microwave... until the microwave smoked on our first morning. Management said there was no replacement available or forthcoming. I know there's corporate red tape, but come on, there's a Walmart twenty minutes away that could solve the problem for $150. So they lose two stars for lackadaisical response, failing to deliver customer...

The hotel staff is very friendly, all members are making sure the whole stay experience is unforgettable. Starting with the receptionist to the restaurant members, the lady redoing the room, the parking attendant, all are very friendly and professional.

I was there for 4 days, it was downtown, very clean inside and out. I will recommend it to anyone, soo much to see out there.

The weekend I stayed the local soccer team won the championship, what a parade of fans went by, never at any time the hotel had any threats of fan extremism. all wonderful. "Fiesta Inn Centro" management, you guys surely know how to run your business. See you guys soon. A very satisfied returning customer from Houston TX. HAEM...
