Terrible service!

Should have listened to the lady walking out that told us the service sucked as we were walking in. My wife wanted paella and we ignored the warning. Big mistake.

After 15 minutes we got a glass of water…one…then waited 5-10 more for the beverages (and the place was half full). Then we got the one wrong drink - when we complained we were told they didn’t have what we asked for and they decided to bring something else (?).

The whole experience was the worst I’ve ever had in 25 years visiting Mexico: I went twice to the kitchen to ask what was going on.

There were no napkins available (of any type).

Food was regular at best.

Even getting the check was almost impossible.

The plaza area was nice. My two stars for atmosphere go to the stray cat.

Val'quirico is a town in development it has been built as medieval times very nice, the main square has different restaurants, the meson de los Reyesa French place, we had a great breakfast the suggestions from the waiter were wonderful, we had breakfast outside and we using the restrooms we could enjoy all the decorations, referred to wine, bottles, cellar, corks, worth going inside.

Outside there's a vegan ice cream...

When there are people performing, this place has the best view from the three restaurants. I loved the decoration and structure; however, the food (steak)was not the best; the soup and bread were really good. The service was not that great. The drinks were very good though.
