Restaurant tulipanes — Restaurant in Valladolid

It seems this is a botaneria, not a restaurant ? Maybe they have food besides botana at different times ? We visited in the late afternoon and had beers (40 pesos each) which came with 4 different small bowls of botana plus totopos.. Typical botana including pickled spicy beets, hot dog slices in mild sauce, sweet onion relish (?), ground pork with potato and onion, taquitos ... yummy :) Atmosphere was relaxed and festive, with several other couples, and a group of construction workers laughing and joking.
