I waited at a table for almost twenty minutes and the manager desperately came over begging me to order something after I was ignored. I usually do not like to give bad reviews because certain positives can be highlighted. She had someone come tell me that in order to sit in the seat, I needed to get food. I memorized the menu in the time I was waiting to order and ask questions but that level of ugly was not tolerable.
As someone with descendants in Oaxaca, the food on the menu is reflective of the owner- a bit white washed. The beans were not even style of Oaxaca. She sold more seafood than Oaxacan food.
So in order to grow, we have to do alot of self-reflection and this place does not seem to have ANY the qualities of someone who understands leadership (from de-escalating issues, processing problems, thinking ahead and anticipating the next move), or even basic business survival skills like customer service, or respect. I watched her dog out her employees as if they were animals. There are many jobs out here and it just takes another bad day for them to leave or a pissed customer to mess a thing or two up for you.
Los Mandiles. Cafe Andares. La Parroquia or any other business you can findin a short radius is a much better option than this place.
Save your hard earned money in inflationary times and find another spot. No FOMO here. As an American, I would not come here if they printed more stimulus and business advances for...
The restaurant is very good decorated and the service is regular. For cold season there aren't many choices for drinks. We ordered sirloin tlayudas and the tortilla was not the original one. The beans has rocks and the meat has been very fatty, we also ordered sirloin taco but the same the meat was very fatty. I hope the fix this issues and this review helps to...
