I was just there last MONDAY and let me tell you..we came in with the best attitude, ready to have the best time, since we only heard good things about the place… my expectations were so high, but the waitress was such a mean, nasty, stinky attitude, rude is an understatement. As soon as we’ve arrive no one is ant the door to get a waitress/waiter over to you. After 5m of just standing there I walked a to the security guy and he got a waitress over and as soon as she turn around to accommodate us, her attitude felt super cold. She sat US in a DIRTY DIRTY couch, couldn’t clean it because she’s only a waitress not a cleaning lady ( her exact words) Couldn’t tell us the prices just hand us a pic of the bottle names. Never came back to asked if we needed it something at ALL. The only one asking is if we needed something was the guy that bring your ice bucket.. at the end she came when she saw we need it another bottle to make her comisión better, we declined the offer and never saw her again until it was time to make the payment and she got heated cuz I didn’t have her a TIP and even told me, asked; are you going to tip me? I decided to visit this place cause I’m currently here in DR on vacation .. didn’t even had a chance to see what the place about .. all I’ve notice for the short little time I was there, they have no customer service… First of, no one showed us where to sit , we didn’t know that there’s rules to where we can sit. So since no one spoke to us once we entered the place , so we just picked a place to sit.. after we sat down , that’s when somebody finally came over telling us we can’t sit there, yet she looked at us when we came in and we looked clueless about not knowing where to sit . So, She made us sit somewhere else, after we done sit down , we told her we wanted beers. She said, oh “ if that’s all you guys going to order then you guys have to go sit at another table . Like what??? Obviously that’s our first time , I feel like if you work there you know how things works , it’s something that should have been discussed. Instead of having us moving from places to places .. we felt so ridiculous that we ended up leaving and go somewhere else. will never go...
