Pizza Pub PULENA — Restaurant in Bar

After arriving at the restaurant, waiter, so called himself Ermin, was very impatient and couldn't wait more than a minute while we were choosing food. There were 8 of us, so we could not sit at one table, so we took another one. After receiving our order, the waiter yelled at us, saying that we are not allowed to take a free additional table (it was free all the time) and he moved it away with our bags. After finishing our order, we made a mistake of not paying enough. Waiter pulled us aide and aggresively explained our mistake like his life depended on that euro. During the "explanation" he continued cursing us out, telling us to come back to where we came from and never come back in the restaurant. Seeing the slightly dirty table he began comparing himself "with our mother" and that he "needs to clean the table now" while it is literally his part of the job. Besides, after asking his name, he did not want to give it to us, but called himself Ermin after a few attempts. I'm never coming back to such service if Ermin still works there. It ruined...

Seems a popular place so I stopped in. Had a friendly enough server I guess although he got a little weird, touching my elbow rather than bringing me my check like I asked for before I went to the bathroom. Newsflash, just because I’m dining alone doesn’t mean I’m open to flirtation. 🙄 I’m not quite sure why people like it so much. It did try to have a good vibe but communicates in several ways, some subtle, some not so much, that it’s more interested in attracting men than women as customers.

The prices run a bit higher than average (nearly double on some items) which is why I had higher expectations.

I had the chicken wings which did look just like the menu but had no seasoning, and were quite greasy coming with just one napkin which was miserably inadequate.

No one that works there seems to understand the concept of wearing a mask.

They either don’t have one on at all or have it under their chin.

I have found other restaurants in the area that treat my health and safety with respect, have more comfort and aesthetic with a lot better...

I'm amazed nobody here mentioned their Frutti fi Mare pizza! It is, simply put, pizza of the GODS!!!

Every year, when we visit Montenegro for Sutorman Downhill bicycle race, we come to Pulena and order this pizza and their craft beer, and this year, I've been more eager to eat Frutti di Mare than to ride my bike on Sutorman, pizza took over the first place in terms of excitement :)))

This year, I ate it three days in a row, sometimes with a side of additional shrimps, it is insane how good it is (of course if you like this kind of sea food), and I simply haven't had enough :)

Their other pizzas and food is good to, but, I can't be to objective about that, because in my world of taste, in Pulena there are only three things on the menu:
