Bino's Pizza — Restaurant in Agadir

It was our best dinner in Agadir! Amazingly delicious food, excellent service (thanks to Mohamed and his colleague, they did everything at the highest level) and a calm atmosphere. My husband is Italian, and he appreciated the pizza dough. There were a lot of ingredients, they were really delicious. I don't like much salami, it's unusual for Europeans, but it's a local flavor. We asked them to make spicy Bonazza pizza, and they did it in three (!) ways: added green chili pepper, also red hot sauce and spicy jalapeno oil brought separately - for every taste 👍🏻 I also asked to add blue cheese to the pizza "4 stagioni", it turned out very tasty. The Caesar salad was quite huge, we only asked to add an extra sauce. Everything was insanely delicious, and we really liked it, the pizza was kindly packed for us (also with hot sauce), cos we couldn’t finish, it was too much. Bino's Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Agadir—and maybe even beyond. As a pizza lover, I can say this is the real deal, with a homemade touch that shows the chef’s skill and creativity. The dough and quality ingredients make each pizza stand out, and the other dishes I’ve tried are also delicious. Une expérience HUMILIANTE et INACCEPTABLE.

Je suis encore sous le choc. Venue manger calmement avec une amie, nous avons eu affaire à un serveur au comportement d’une arrogance et d’une agressivité inimaginables. Lorsque nous avons, POLIMENT demandé pourquoi payer un supplément parmesan pour mes spaghettis , ce monsieur s’est senti attaqué et a commencé à nous parler avec mépris ..

Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de serveur et au monsieur de nous laisser manger tranquille , la situation a dégénéré. Il s’est mis à nous insulter violemment devant les autres clients, en utilisant un ton sexiste, condescendant, et humiliant. Il a insinué que notre demande était liée à son statut de serveur. Faux. Ce que nous n’avons pas toléré, c’est la violence verbale gratuite qu’il nous a infligée.

Cerise sur le gâteau ? Quand on a demandé le responsable, il a répondu froidement : "CEST MOI LE PATRON ICI." À ce moment-là, nous nous sommes senties piégées, impuissantes, et profondément humiliées. Personne n’est intervenu.

Ce comportement est inadmissible, dangereux pour votre réputation, et surtout intolérable vis-à-vis de vos clientes. Si ce serveur pense qu’il peut insulter des femmes impunément, alors il y a un problème sérieux dans la gestion de ce lieu.
