Child seat was dirty and disgusting with black mould marks within the scratch markings on its table. Google menu showed there were multiple options but upon arrival we were handed a simple ramadhan menu which offered hot plates, when the food arrived it was served cold, the rice and tuna and samosas were as if they were served straight from the fridge, the harira soup was lukewarm, the prawn with tomato sauce dish only came with six little pieces which had not been deveined so all the excrement or shit was still in place with grainy sand particles and was mostly covered with two eggs that was not on the menu. I had ordered cappuccino and was instead given hot chocolate. The staff saw how displeased I was but decided it would be a good idea to talk about us like we were ungrateful as if we were being given charity food all the while not knowing that I speak the language. When I asked to speak to manager I was told that they were happy with the service they provided to us and it was a norm to be served prawns not deveined. Upon asking for the bill they proceeded to charge for items I had not received and food that had not been touched due to health and safety reasons when confronted about this they seemed unhappy and still proceeded to charge me. Never again would I eat at this restaurant and would never suggest...

I went for iftar alone because I am traveling and was so excited to break my fast here because the reviews and food looked delicious online.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was seated at a table without a menu and was not told there was an Iftar special. I tried to get the waitstaff’s attention multiple times, but was ignored for over 30 minutes while they served other customers. Perhaps this is because I have European features so they maybe assumed I wasn’t fasting all day like everyone else. I saw there was a bar code on the table, so I scanned it and found a regular menu. I finally got the waiter’s attention and ordered a couple of things that seemed reasonable.
I asked the waiter three times for water before he brought it. Meanwhile, people who arrived long after me, already had full meals. When my food arrived, only half of what I ordered came. After I caught the waiter’s attention again, he told me the other half wasn’t available, before walking away. The food that I did get was largely inedible, with dry chicken. I left, still hungry and thirsty, without even being able to have...
Read moreWe saw on social media this restaurant, what was recommended as the best restaurant in town and that they have a live band around 8 pm. So we arrived just before 8 pm to enjoy the night. It took a while that somebody came to help us. We asked for a child seat, it came dirty. We asked them if it could be cleaned, they came with a dry towel. At the end we did it for ourselves. We ordered tanjia, a mix grill and some sides (plain rice and fries). The food came and we found out that the meat was all raw and the rice came all mixed up with vegetables and coriander. We discussed what we didn’t like with the waiter and his answer was that he couldn’t do nothing. We went to the cashier and told him what was wrong, only thing he could say was that we wanted discount. Please don’t visit this place, not worth your money. And the people who placed this restaurant on social media should be ashamed...
