Brooklyn pizza — Restaurant in Agadir

Absolutely terrible experience—do NOT waste your time or money here. The service was abysmal, and the food was just as atrocious. I ordered the so-called "Golden Chicken Pizza," expecting a decent meal since the menu CLEARLY listed chicken, cheese, and onion as the toppings. What I got was an unappetizing mess with inedible gold paper scattered all over it. Who on earth thought that was a good idea? On top of that, if you're going to have such rubbish on top of pizzas then you must make it clear on the toppings which was not on there or inform foreign customers on what that means. Surely nobody orders something so ridiculous. Take a look at the picture of the so called "Golden Chicken" they sell (PS you can't even shake the golden paper off as all the toppings come off with it - pathetic right!)

When we called over the server, Maria (if that’s even her real name, considering her attitude), she was shockingly rude and dismissive. We tried to explain that the gold paper was ridiculous and inconvenient, but she couldn't care less. Her response? "You ordered this, it's not my problem." Seriously? She acted like we were the problem for expecting edible food. Her lack of professionalism and outright disdain for customers was appalling. Not sure how she even has a job in dealing with customers as she just laughed the matter off and didn't even bother considering it.

The fact that this place thinks it’s acceptable to serve inedible nonsense and then shrug off complaints says it all. Avoid...

A very nice and wonderful restaurant. I have been a customer for two years and I have not encountered any problems. I have never changed this restaurant because of their treatment and the cleanliness of their food, as well as their wonderful service, especially the waitress Maria and Khadija, who receive us with a smile and the most beautiful welcome. I also hope that the owner of the restaurant does not lose such people who make the place full of comfort and reassurance. Everyone who works there is the most beautiful and they deserve all appreciation...

We came with some friends and tried the pitas which were overpriced but decent.

before ordering we specifically asked if they accepted card which they said they dont, we figured we had to find a bank nearby to withdraw. Comes the moment to pay we were talking among ourselves to go withdraw and the waitress responded rudely that yes they do accept card but refuse to do so.

We payed but left extremely frustrated by the fact we were being lied to and almost forced to go get cash when it seems like they were hidden the card machine.
