This place was so bad .first I ordered food but they did not get what I asked for.then we asked several times for a tropical smoothie and I needed to get up to go tell them.then I asked for napkins and this servant raised his hand🤨. Like we asked for napkins and he egnored us .then we waited so long to get the bill and I sat in the cold for so long that I started to ask servant to help but he kept tell the boss but he was to busy talk and laughing with people and I got so mad that I told the boss this was the worst place I have ever came to and worst service. He said he made us happy but he made us mad I threw the money and left but he kept on trying to tell us something but I left and went out of the door. This is why caramel is the worst place and...

Je me suis rendu au Caramel Café pour savourer un ftour de Ramadan en famille, attiré par leur affiche prometteuse. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été loin de nos attentes. Non seulement nous avons été servis avec des plats différents de ceux mentionnés sur l'affiche, mais la qualité de la nourriture laissait également à désirer, surtout en considérant le prix élevé.

En arrivant, l'ambiance était certes agréable, mais notre enthousiasme s'est rapidement estompé lorsqu'on a découvert que les plats servis ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était annoncé. On nous a proposé des substitutions sans explication ni excuse, ce qui nous a laissé perplexes et déçus.

Concernant la qualité des mets, nous avons été déçus de constater que certains plats étaient insipides ou mal préparés. Pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme, la qualité des ingrédients et la présentation des plats étaient loin d'être à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons eu l'impression que le Café Caramel avait négligé le soin et l'attention qu'ils auraient dû accorder à leur menu spécial ftour.

Enfin, le prix de ce ftour était assez élevé, ce qui n'a fait qu'accentuer notre mécontentement face à cette expérience décevante. Nous avons payé pour un repas qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé et dont la qualité laissait à désirer. Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial de la part du café pour compenser cette déconvenue, mais aucune attention particulière ne nous a été accordée.

En conclusion, notre expérience chez Caramel Café pour le ftour de Ramadan a été une véritable déception. Entre les plats non conformes à l'affiche et la qualité médiocre de la nourriture, nous ne pouvons que déconseiller cet établissement pour cette occasion. Il y a d'autres options plus fiables et savoureuses disponibles pour célébrer cette période sacrée en famille...
