Poor service, we went last night in agdal to eat dinner with my 2 friends we choose upstairs and the first problem is super hot up there no AC, second one they gave us the food we ordered 2 pizza's and tagliatelle salmon yet the food was very nice but we are asking for extra plates for the 3 of us they don't gave us, and we ordered 3 soda's because we are 3 person's but the waiter gave us 1 by 1 and the glass as well so he went up and down just to gave our drinks and glass, what i meant is he gave first 1 drink we waited for 10-15 minutes for another 2 soda's but he came just 1 soda and we talk to him we said another 1 which is at first our orders was cleared and he just gave us only 1 glass so we called him again for another 2 more glasses, so we are confused though we all know he is tired also but he must to fullfil the clients ordered so we are all satisfied so we my friends got pissed off because also of the atmosphere upstairs and they've decided to take out our orders and leave.

I recently visited Little Mamma in Agdal and had a decent experience, although I must say that I still prefer the Casablanca location, which remains my favorite.

The ambiance at Little Mamma in Agdal is charming and welcoming, much like its counterpart in Casablanca. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of during our visit.

However, when it came to the food, particularly the pizza, it didn't quite meet my expectations. While it was good, it lacked the exceptional quality and flavor that I had come to love at the Casablanca location. The ingredients were fresh, but the overall taste and texture were not as impressive.

⚠️ had dinner at Little Mamma in Agdal, Rabat on August 1st at 22:56 and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. While eating my pasta, I found a long hair in it. It was disgusting. The real shock wasn’t even the hair, it was the staff’s reaction. The server and manager acted as if nothing had happened: no apology, no compensation, no attempt to make it right. We still paid the full price, despite the obvious hygiene failure. To make it worse the lady at the cashier was openly rude,the security guard behaved like an overzealous police officer instead of someone ensuring a welcoming environment. We stayed calm and classy, but the way they treated us was unacceptable. Basic hospitality and hygiene standards were completely ignored.
