Both the Soba Udon Poulet and Sakana soups seemed to share the same base broth, which struck me as odd since one is supposed to be a fish soup and the other chicken and noodles. The fish in the Sakana was bland, giving off a frozen filet vibe, and the black mushrooms were tough with a peculiar plastic-like taste.
