I went here before with my friend and had a decent time. I came again with another friend and had a completely different experience. For reference this was on a Wednesday and not at all crowded. The food took almost an hour to come out and not once did our server come out to check on us. My friend received her food but I was still waiting. I had to ask another server to get my server. I asked where my food was and he said that it wasn’t available. Of course he didn’t tell me this before so I could order something else, I just had to deal. Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. I had two different experiences in this restaurant The first was a 5 stars experience it was great the first waiter was exceptionally amazing. Second experience wasn't the best we ordered one of their menus and they didn't ask us what do we want to get as a starter the waiter decided Himself to give us the soup instead of the salad (the soup usually comes for free which we always found nice and remarkable). The food was mediocre. We only ordered sushi and they brought us two bowls of soup while we were waiting. We thought it was a gesture from the house since we didn’t order soup.
