⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay at Occidental Tanger! We stayed at the Occidental Tanger for our cycling holiday and had the most amazing experience! The location is fantastic — close to the beach and city centre but still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were outstanding — so friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a long day of cycling. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back again!

Une expérience indigne d’un restaurant au nom de casa Harris à Tanger : entre rupture de stock et amateurisme

Quelle déception ! Nous sommes sortis dîner dans un hôtel censé représenter le standing et l’hospitalité de Tanger Résultat : une succession de frustrations dignes d’un mauvais sketch.

Dès notre arrivée, la carte promettait un moment de plaisir. Mais à chaque commande, la même rengaine :

« Il ne reste plus ce plat. » Un, deux, trois choix refusés… À se demander s’il restait autre chose qu’un menu fantôme. Comment peut-on afficher une carte aussi fournie si la moitié des plats sont “en rupture” ?

Et le comble de l’amateurisme : nous avons commandé du gin. Il nous a été servi dans des verres à vin, sans explication ni gêne. Quand nous avons demandé pourquoi, on nous a répondu avec désinvolture qu’il ne restait plus de verres adaptés. Un hôtel, qui plus est de standing, incapable de fournir les verres appropriés à un simple gin ? C’est juste inacceptable.

Entre le manque de professionnalisme, l’absence d’anticipation sur les stocks, et le service bancal, cette soirée a viré à la déception totale. Ce genre d’établissement nuit à l’image de l’hôtellerie marocaine, pourtant réputée pour son excellence.

Nous espérions une belle soirée. Nous sommes repartis avec un goût amer sans dîner Un restaurant qui n’a rien compris au mot « service ». NB: c’est le restaurant casa Harris qui se trouve à l’hôtel...
