Café de la Fontaine is one of those spots you come across and instantly feel at ease. The outdoor seating is beautiful, set in an old shopping mall with a large fountain in the center. Birds were chirping in the background, and the walls were painted in that deep Majorelle blue, which instantly reminded me of the garden in Marrakech. The whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe.

We stopped by in the afternoon for some tea and ended up staying longer than planned. The service was really good. Staff were kind, welcoming, and quick without being pushy. The food was delicious and surprisingly cheap. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. You really get great value here.

One thing to keep in mind is that the café allows smoking, so you might smell it depending on where you're sitting. Since it's all outdoors, it wasn’t overwhelming, but still something to be aware of.

Visiting Café de la Fontaine on a Sunday morning with my wife was a delightful experience we won't soon forget. The tranquil ambiance, the soothing sound of the fountain water, and the cheerful chirping of the birds in their cute bird cages set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing weekend outing. The courtyard with its central fountain was a picturesque surprise, and we felt like we had stumbled upon a hidden oasis in Casablanca.

What made the morning even more enjoyable was the reasonable pricing and the attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Sharing the Beldi breakfast, a typical Moroccan breakfast suitable for lacto-vegetarians, with my wife was a delightful culinary adventure. The flavors were a true reflection of Moroccan cuisine, and it was a wonderful way to start our Sunday.

Fantastic little place for a bite to eat. At first walking into this restaurant looked a bit daunting but it opens out into a wonderful oasis. Food was delicious. One of our group is gluten free and her salad had wheat when served. Without any questions asked, the owner replaced the salad without wheat (which was not even necessary). Burger was delicious. They even gave us complimentary dessert which was delicious! Such nice people helped make first trip to Casablanca...
