The food was very good, quite authentic. The ambience is nice, the place is well decorated. The customer service was awful or any word beyond awful. The 2 ladies were dressed as if they were in their homes, quite distasteful. My daughter needed to use the bathroom there was no tissue, I had to shout to them downstairs for tissue, when the lady bought the tissue to the bathroom, she took some and wiped and admired her face for 45seconds before she got out the bathroom so I could use the tissue, all this time my daughter is in the bathroom waiting for me. Oh and be careful when flushing the toilet, it splashes heavily outside the bowl. We had to shout from upstairs everytime we needed something and we needed alot of things. They bought the dishes one at a time with many minutes of space in between each. I had to shout downstairs to ask for plates, utensils and napkins etc. We will definitely not be returning. The owner was not readily or happily helpful and even refused to come upstairs to help the waiter at one point. The ladies are Moroccan and knew nothing about the dishes and needed help answering...

A beautiful high-class Chinese restaurant but unfortunately lacks professional service staff (local). Moroccan employees are not generally service-oriented. The moment you take a table in a Chinese restaurant, they bring you complimentary tea, as many times as you want. We placed the order and started waiting. The first course/soup was served but no tea. When we asked, the waiter said: 'Oh, sorry! I forgot'. The second course (the main dish of Salmon fish) took too long to come. The third dish of dumplings came second and we finished it with salad before the fish came. Bread is not served. We asked for tea again, and the waiter forgot it again. We liked the well-decorated dining area with tables equipped with hot-plates for cooking or heating food. I wanted to give it 5-stars but sub-standard service stopped me. Prices are above average, a little expensive but acceptable. The food is good. The menu is in Chinese language with some French words. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered the meat dumplings and the shrimp dumplings, and both were terrible. The meat dumplings were undercooked and still raw inside, while the shrimp dumplings had barely any shrimp—just one tiny piece per dumpling, the rest filled with chives. The taste was unpleasant, and after eating only a couple of dumplings each, my sisters and I felt very sick and are still unwell. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
