I ate there 3 days in a row bc it was part of a hotel deal. Horrible service and food! Inedible. The views are overstated - you see almost none of the sea because of a concrete square with benches and tall greenery, a new building next door now blocks your view of the mosque, and the buildings next door you do get to see are barely visible through dirty windows that haven't been cleaned in ages. Any positive reviews here must be coming from LeLoft itself or patrons who don't know better. Read past the first couple of good reviews and you'll see what I mean. Everything we were served was either oversalted or had no flavor - you name it - omelettes, croissants, tajines, pizza - yuck!! The saltiest thing in the place? The waitors. The service sucks! While you have to expect that in Morocco, these guys have a black belt in lousy service and nasty attitude. If you hate your life, I'm sorry to hear that but you should stay out of the hospitality business. The tables and seats were filthy with mounds of food crumbs left everywhere from the previous customers; this happened everytime we were seated. I'm talking full out filthy, not just a minor bit of crumbs here and there. One time I cleaned the seats and the tables myself, in front of the waitor while he watched, and he did nothing to help. The next time the tables were just as dirty as before and the same waitor made no attempt to clean them whatsoever. The coffee was putrid! Blech! Pee-ew! How do you screw up espresso?? I didn't get great service anywhere I went in Morocco but that's part of traveling through Africa; you have to expect that and lower your expectations. I don't epect much and I look past a lot so I can enjoy the parts I like and ignore the rest. But there is a limit to how far I will lower - this place sinks way below that. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. If this place ever was nice that's all gone and I'm saying this after giving them 3...
Read moreI should have read the comments before going... We had the Norwegian and American Breakfast and it was a disaster... the visual of the food is bad and doesn't make you want to eat...the salmon avocado toast were two very small bite size tasteless appetizers, the scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless, the potatoes were fried and oily..and after bringing us the first part they informed us that there were no pancakes because "they were over"... which means that they were probably frozen or left over pancakes and that they couldn't be bothered making new ones... instead they brought day old msemens with Nutella... The place looks nice and the view of the Mosq is pleasant but that was the only good thing about...
Read moreSuch a disappointment to dine here. Food was not very good. The curry chicken was weirdly sauced with mango. My plate was mashed potato with beef and gravy on top; it didn't look appetizing. Salmon was ok but tasteless. Vegetables were fine. Mango juice had a half-spoiled fruit piece inserted on glass edge, a careless detail that didn't belong to fine dining and it didn't taste like mango. Vanilla milkshake was too sweet and weak in vanilla flavor. Small quantity for the price. Service was mediocre. They can't speak English. Menu was in French and I had to use G translate. It's not tourist friendly. No ocean view. Unjustified high price for...
