I used to be a client here and actually enjoyed the place in the past, but sadly they haven’t maintained the same quality. The food no longer has that authentic Italian taste. On my last visit, the pizza came out completely burned, and instead of admitting the mistake, the waiter insisted “this is how Pizza Napoletana is supposed to be.” I’ve had real Neapolitan pizza before, and believe me, it’s not supposed to taste like charcoal. Even worse, the takeout is a baaaaad idea, the quality drops even more, and what you get is nowhere close to a decent meal. Overall, both the food and the service were very disappointing. Would never recommend it, called in to order in advance the person asked to order on the spot because they don’t do it over phone. waited more than 10 minutes to have a waiter. serving the plate (only an eternity later) with a missing garnish without being advised in advance. a friend was missing a fork, had to ask for it after being served. olives were placed on the table before my friends and I sit that were left on it despite pushing it to the side. no one came in to check over the table after being served. a kind waiter took the menus from the table while we were eating (just because a lady...

Pour être honnête les plats étaient copieux sauf la salade qui était bourrée de laitue comparé avec son prix, c'était excessif ( juste la salade, maid le prix des plats est bien étudié). Concernant le service, une vraie catastrophe ! Ils étaient débordés pour un jeudi après midi, le resto était à moitié plein mais ils géraient le resto avec un stress incompréhensible! Tout le monde mettait la main à la pâte, le caissier / le serveur.... on ne savait pas qui faisait quoi,ils ont omis la commande de ma fille puis quand j'ai réclamé le gars m'a fait sortir un petit carnet de moul al hanout ( mnt les resto travaillent avec des logiciels svp ! ) en me disant non je ne l'ai pas noté, je lui ai dit ok voila je veux une pizza pour ma fille, and guess wht je me suis retrouvée avec un menu enfant que je n'avait même pas mentionné ! Puis une heure d'attente pour avoir nos plats ! Pour l'addition ils nous on présenté une addition qui n'était même pas la notre, je l ai signalée ils se sont excusé et puis ils nous ont oublié ! Le serveur / le caissier / le gars derrière le comptoire tournaient tous en rond comme dans un dessin animé ! Personne n'était en charge de quelque chose précise ! Alors que ce n'était meme pas plein ! Une catastrophe ! Vous avez fait la pub pour avoir plus de clients, alors gérer! On ne donne pas une pause au serveur pendant l'heure de rush ! Il faut installer un logiciel et chaque personne devrait avoir une tâche ! C'est du gâchis ! Votre bouffe est excellente mais il faut revoir votre organisation ! Sans mentionner que d'autres tables qui avaient commandé que les pizzas avaient été servi...
