CARPE DIEM Taghazout — Restaurant in caïdat de Taghazout

The beach bar is situated with lovely views of the ocean, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had a very poor experience with the security team here. My girlfriend was doing work while I tried to leave to go surfing not planning to return inside myself. At which point the security guard would not let me leave. I could not ask him why as he neither spoke English nor French. When asking the bar staff, who were pleasant, they said I could leave. But the security guard refused to let me leave shouting 'no' at me. This obviously made for an uncomfortable experience and with no explanation for why he was treating me like a hostage we got all our stuff and left completely. So, don't recommend coming here if some of your group is planning...
