This is by far the best restaurant in Rabat. For me it is even the best in Morocco. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. Cela tape fort sur les prix, mais je n'ai pas eut pour autant l'impression d'avoir eut affaire à la cuisine d'un "grand chef". Un choix sur la carte limité, et les "suggestions du jour" affichées à l'entrée ne sont même pas toutes disponibles. Prit le plat au titre audacieux de "Terroir du seigneur". La viande était bien tendre, mais pas particulièrement gouteuse. Certes, c'est souvent le cas avec du filet ou du rumsteck. Ce défaut était habilement masqué avec une sauce, supposée être "Teriyaki" , mais qui évoque plus du bouillon de viande, peut-être industriel (knor ?). La poélée de légumes qui accompagnait la viande était petite et médiocre. Je suspecte que la purée viens tout bêtement d'un sachet du supermarché.
