Aposto Restaurant has a beautiful setup and a nice vibe overall. The location is great, the ambiance is elegant, and the menu offers a good variety of food and drinks. I have to say, the food itself was very enjoyable — fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The drinks were also excellent, with a good mix of options and great presentation. Whether you're going for a casual meal or something a bit more special, the quality of what’s served on the table really stands out. However, what truly affected my experience — and ultimately lowered my opinion of the place — was the attitude of some of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being judged based on my appearance. There was a clear sense that certain assumptions were being made before I had even spoken. That kind of treatment is disappointing and completely out of place in a hospitality environment.
I had expected a higher level of professionalism and respect, especially from a restaurant that presents itself as refined. Sadly, the way I was treated did not reflect the welcoming spirit a guest should feel. No matter how good the food or how stylish the place, if the staff judge people by how they look or what they wear, the experience becomes uncomfortable and leaves a bad impression.
Aposto needs to remember that true hospitality goes beyond serving good food — it’s about how people are made to feel. Respect should be shown to every guest, regardless of background or appearance. Judging a book by its cover is not only unfair, it’s unprofessional.
To sum it up: the food and drinks were genuinely excellent, and the setting was beautiful. But the experience was tainted by a disappointing lack of warmth and respect from the staff. I hope the management addresses this, because if they do, Aposto has the potential to be one of the best dining...
Read moreWorst customer service I've ever had in Morocco by a manager or owner. I should clarify first of all that the staff were nice and especially the young guy at the cash register. I was told on the phone that upstairs is non smoking so we booked for a group of friends. We get there and people are smoking everywhere so I asked the waiter and he told me that it was the manager's decision to allow smoking everywhere. So I went to speak to the manager and he instantly said if you don't like it you can leave and right away he turned to the cashier and told him to give my money back. No apologies, no attempts to resolve the problem by offering to change our table or explain. So we were pretty much kicked out of the place. The cashier apologised as he saw what happened with the...
Read moreWe hosted a Birthday party at this venue, despite its overpriced nature. Unfortunately, the service we experienced here was extremely disappointing. It was characterized by continuous delays. Thankfully, they managed to deliver our cake on time, but our drinks arrived 30 minutes late. We ended up enjoying the cake without any beverages, and even when the drinks eventually arrived, they were not served simultaneously. One of our friends had to wait for a whole hour just to receive their smoothie. Moreover, the quality of the smoothies themselves was subpar, resembling something made in a mediocre kitchen. I genuinely believe that local mahlabas excel at crafting superior smoothies compared to this place. In conclusion, I cannot...
