L’as du gout — Restaurant in Fez

I've been here several times; for breakfast, brunch and a late meal. The service was always great; smiling and friendly waiters, who were open for suggestions and demands. They offer some unique meals (detailed on the menu) the ones I tasted were all delicious. My favorite is the Mexico waffle, the guacamole is light, tasty but not too spicy and the chicken is wonderfully marinated. Bubble waffle l'indien is a unique one too; it'll be your perfect choice if you're into warm spices and the salty-sweet mixture. The waffles la gratinée au poulet and la forestière were good but less than I expected. For the breakfasts, we tried: New York, le bruxellois and le nordique. They were all good but my personal favorite is le bruxellois; the waffle was so light and crunchy and the chicken tasted wonderful with the sauce. They offered us brownies while we waited, it was such a nice gesture (+the brownies were 🤤). For my sweet tooth fellows, I tasted tree sweet crepes: Tiramisu, la diabolique and la norvégienne. If you are looking for a high dose of chocolate while testing your ability to conquer the sweet and creamy world, la diabolique is your friend. If you are a tiramisu lover and you are tired of how small the portions you know what you need to order. The only downsides to this tasty discovery are: How small the place is; it wasn't comfortable if most of the tables are occupied and/or the weather is hot (even with the air conditioning). We had a scrumptious breakfast here before flying off. When we asked the owner to help us get a taxi to the airport, he was so gracious and helpful that he asked his father to drop us off in his personal car! We will always remember his kindness, and welcome him if he ever decides to...

Les plats sont très bon. L’accueil est parfait. Il propose une carte petit déjeuner et une autre carte avec un choix varié. Les crêpes, les pancakes et les gaufres sont déclinés en sucré et en salé avec des recettes originales. Le gérant nous a expliqué que la carte a été créée en collaboration avec un chef belge. C’est donc des recettes propres à l’établissement et travaillé. Nous voulions goûter un peut tout alors nous avons pris des crêpes et gaufres a emporté en plus de ce que nous avons pris sur place.
