My favorite café in fes. They have amazing juices, especially Fraîcheur d'été I love it. Its just the best Lime ginger mint cocktail you can find in Fes. Also the atmosphere is very relaxing. Not crowded. The breakfasts and brunches are also amazing. The service is perfect, they are attentive to customers requests. I took crêpe saumon and i was worried of it being salty but they reassured me that they will make it less salty for me and they did. One thing that i think they have to improve is the quality of the meals, i tried the pasta and burger. Pasta was okay and the burger was below average in Fes.
