cannot recommend this place . Visited this establishment on Thursday, around tea time. It was very busy, Ifrane was crowded, but that should not be an excuse for lousy service, this was neither exceptional nor unforeseen, so they don't get staff, and their current staff is not up to the job. They race to claim tables probably to get the tips, they don't get the orders right and parts of the public is not served at all. Had to resort to get my order myself at the counter. The patisserie is half decent, got my hot coffee an tea were served in paper cups, because the washing up could get cups and dishes cleaned quickly enough. Read moreScammers. They initially charged me 204.000 for 2 pastries and a coffee for takeaway by card. When I challenged them they were hesitant to pay us back as they said I had to pay for the "other people been with me and haven't pay" as part of visiting with the same tour guide.
As they "were trying to help", they took our receipt away so there is no proof of purchase and trying to distract us with different waiters coming to assist.
They been force to pay us back when transaction been displayed over phone and us doing the maths.
The most disgusting toilet I have ever seen in Morocco so far.
