Grand Hôtel — Hotel in Ifrane

We were offered 630 Dhs per night including "Ramadan Iftar", Since they had no proper banking tools to take a print of the credit card, We had to give money in advance! The pool looked filthy. The room wasn't bad but the bedsheets were stained. No minibar in the room and the bathroom is very tiny! The towels are old and worn||Service is poor. we were given a very bad Iftar which is the first meal you eat after you fast from dawn to sunset! I have spotted glasses of milk and orange juice on the table minimum 90 minutes before Iftar time, not covered! Not hygenic at all! And when we asked for water since we couldn't eat anything, they brought tap water (in a so called 4 star), otherwise we had to pay for the bottled water. In a restaurant with only 3 tables busy, they were running like headless chicken! we just gave up on the food! Anyway, It does not deserve the price they were featuring which is apparently 90 Mad/ person.||||Now the worst part of the experience is when we said we are staying 2 nights and wanted the money back for the 3rd. I can swear the receptionist said No. After I insisted, he said in a bad tone: We'll get back to you at night.||I went to the Office of the Touristic delegation which happens to be behind them. After that we had to go literally to the police since the owner or a higher Manager interfered and wanted us to pay 1200 Mad/ night + 90 Mad/ person + taxes since the negotiated price was not valid anymore. I explained that they never mentioned this at the beginning and now they were inventing more rules. ||We went to the Police, we ended up paying the second night although we were afraid to stay and we checked out before that. We've got our 3rd night back!||The "Delegation touristique" were very helpful during the whole process and they informed me that this Hotel has received a letter of downgrade. They asked me to file a complaint. The Hotel receives many complaints anyway.||||Ifrane is a wonderful town especially during sky time. It's a shame there are not many...

The rude security guards !!!!!! The stuff inside the pub are friendly, the dj arent so good basically he uses youtube music, there arent a lot of choices of the drinks and the prices are a bit higher than the place deserve, i think its cause they are the only place in ifrane who serves alcohol. The worst part about the pub the bar and the club of set club is the security guard, very ignorant boys, they dont have the basic manners of how to talk not specifically to customers to people in general, they use aggressive and rude way to manage the entrance,so prepare yourself before going to accept humiliation and rudeness before getting in. Ps and there is no manager available even to complain i talked to some responsible on the phone he literally said he knows they are rude he said they are very stressed in the job and he cant do anything about it, and if he did they will treat me worst cause i told on them.
