Doner turkish — Restaurant in Kenitra

I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with Doner Turkish. I tried to place an order through WhatsApp, as advertised. At first, everything seemed fine—they responded quickly and confirmed my order. But then, out of nowhere, they just stopped replying.

I followed up multiple times, thinking maybe there was a delay or a mix-up, but I got no response at all. I even tried calling the restaurant directly, and no one answered the phone. After waiting and trying to reach them for a long time, I gave up—completely frustrated and disappointed.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on these platforms to order food. If you're not going to follow through on WhatsApp orders, don’t offer it as an option.

Unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression. I won't be ordering...

Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je le ferais. Pour être honnête, la nourriture est passable visuellement, mais le rapport qualité-prix est loin d'être satisfaisant. Le pire reste cependant le comportement de la personne qui servait les clients : il est très hautain, impoli, parle mal aux gens et n'est pas du tout professionnel. Le jour où j'ai mangé dans cet endroit, il y avait un MRE (Marocain Résidant à l'Étranger, en l'occurrence un Allemand) qui a gentiment suggéré avec le sourire à notre fameux serveur impoli qu'il serait préférable de mettre le menu en deux langues au moins. Cela semble normal, surtout avec le développement de notre pays et l'activité touristique qui attire de nombreux visiteurs ne parlant pas l'arabe. En réponse, le serveur lui a agressivement et impoliment dit que nous sommes au Maroc et qu'il faut parler arabe. Il a même osé dire au client : « Toi, tu es Marocain, il faut parler arabe ici ».🙄 Franchement, c'est inadmissible. C'est à cause de commerçants comme vous que notre image est ternie. Bref à fuir...

Its good in regards to authenticity I think this is more of a fusion kebab, the serving is humongous, I couldnt finish it at all , I think one of this sandwiches is meant for two people, unless you’re super hungry, anyways its good cant ask for more just messy...
