SKY-BAR — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Basically rubbish, don't bother visiting. Its obviously trying to mimic the atmosphere and draw the same clientele that countless other sky bars across the world manage to achieve but is sadly a cheap imitation. Firstly, there is no view to speak of. Secondly, the whole place needs a really good sprucing up. Other than that, the 'music' the DJ blasts out is absolutely awful. And finally, the cocktails were more like expensive alcopops. The one star is only meant for the beautiful view that you get to enjoy while sitting on the terrace. My friend and I went on an evening to the Sky bar to enjoy a few drinks and the view as well. The drinks were really poor in taste considering their prices and the waiter asked us to pay before receiving the drinks, which left us wondering why he treated us in such an unprofessional manner. Mabrouka/SkyBar The food was flavourless... which is remarkable for Marrakech. I had the vegetarian tagine. Friends ordered chicken skewers, they came cold. Drinks were warm, they brought ice buckets instead of changing for cold drinks. So overall a very poor experience. We asked the bill to be reduced to reflect the poor experience we had.
