This place looks the part, but unfortunately doesn't follow through...being hoteliers ourselves, we get it, we pre booked, came early. The language barrier is an issue if you don't speak Portuguese, it's a tapas place which I love, but it's hit and miss...coconut prawns were very good and the jalapeños bombs were so burnt we could barely eat them. The waiter had no clue as he did not check on us at all during that course, despite being the only table, we were planning on spending the evening there having tapas and cocktails, but just didn't feel it was worth our money after that and went to sumi instead. A lovely stylish spot off from Tofo beach in the market area. Has a lot of hype - most people recommended it- so we thought we’d check it out. We were hankering for burgers after a scuba dive, and apparently it’s the place for that.

The space itself is super stylish- very nicely decorated and modern, with cool music playing and a very friendly welcome from the staff. The menu js small and simple - we opted for fish and chicken burgers. Both came out fast and were pretty good - especially the fish. The chips were excellent.

I have traveled to Mozambique for many years. With my wife it has been 6. To night I have found the perfect piri piri chicken. Perfectly cooked with a lasting tingling feeling on the lips. If you want a good piri piri come here. Fernando was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back again.
