9 BAR — Restaurant in Yangon

Worst service. The place itself is nice because of the view that got from the rooftop. Unexpectedly been there on the Valentine day with bunch of friends. Understandable the day itself could get crowded & busy at the bar but after entering there's nobody to talk to get the table waited about 10-15minute because we didn't make reservation and wanted to get table outside. Need to find a person who can help us to get table finally get table but not outside coz they said all are booked out. Once seated we started like to make order coz a few of us are hungry. Need to look a waitress to take our order. After ordering food & drink, just to get the drink has to told them at least to give us drink if food is not ready. Imaging to get the drink we have to wait about 20minutes so for food...can't describe. What i saw all of their server are all staying outside doesn't even have anyone inside and whenever we call them to get something what i got is look on their face how frustrated they are (not saying they are angry) because they don't know how to manage the operation. After been all thru decided myself to have more patient otherwise never go back again to that bar...
