One of the few places left in the Urban Asia Centre, with live band Monday to Saturday, featuring Latin rhythms and pop, and Bollywood DJs on Sundays. Food is fair and the drinks reasonable (the name may come from the French for drunk), except there is 30,000 Kyat entry on Sundays.
