Myaing tea house — Restaurant in Yangon

Located on an island park of Inya Lake, righ5in the heart of Yangon. The park entrance is dingy, road filled with potholes. Drive in and u will see a bunch of restaurants nestle together. Common parking lot attended by security who will guide u with parking. Open area, with roof. They do have fans to keep u cool. Service is ok, good and polite. They did get order wrong though, one item did not deliver, and we cancelled it before it's taking so long, and was informed it wasn't even in the order.... Food was good. The cheesy ones are not so good, didn't taste like cheese. The rest was fine and tasty. Tea was good as well. Myanmar traditional fritters, tempura were very good, made to order. During my visit, weekend morning, many many many people, so finding a table may be a challenge if u get there at peak hours. We were there very early so wasn't an issue for us but many joggers and walking elders poured in and some were struggling to find seats. Price is ok, a bit high side. They give u a free pass card on ur way out, u drop it off at the gate, or else need to pay entry fees to the park. I will return to try it on a weekday, may be more peaceful and...

Absolutely amazing experience at Myaing Tea House! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The variety of teas offered is impressive, each one brewed to perfection and bursting with flavor. The food menu complements the teas wonderfully, with delicious and authentic dishes that transport you straight to Myanmar. The service was impeccable; the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their offerings. Breakfast and lunch choices are many. Shan and Chinese snacks are delicious, but little bit much sodium glutamate make me thursty. Big trees and flowers make the atmosphere green and peaceful. Service is favourable and quick...
