I ordered and paid for a 6 piece with chips but I got no chips. It’s not the first time that KFC Maerua mall is doing this. They always rob people!!! They don’t even give you your full change. Always claiming that they don’t have 5c or 10c in their tills. It’s unfortunate I didn’t look in my bag before going home but this is robbery!!!!

Behold the colonel burger and the 'thing' with streetwise 2. Meal was worth 50$, not 200. Dry buns, unspiced fries, tasteless sauces, no salad, you guys have really no shame. How are you still in business? Last time KFC, such a huge brand that doesn't deserve its name, next time Hungry lion all the way. Last time wasting my money here.

Ordered some zinger wings, got some random flour mix on top of the wings, seems like someone put the spicy salt on top of them which made them extra salty, would not recommend to anyone to ever visit this branch. This was after waiting more than 30 minutes for my food.

I ordered a 8 piece family treat , 2 snack burgers and 2 cooldrinl cans and six dunked wings and they never included the dunked wings in my order when I went home I realised they hadn't include the dunked wings which I had ordered despite me already having paid for...
