Number one? Try one hundred and one! This restaurant is awful. I’m fine with the slow service, but the food was terrible. We ordered a risotto, which was mushy rice and had a steak filet that was practically raw (ordered medium rare). The sides of seasoned potatoes and vegetables were bland and probably came out of a frozen bag from the grocery store and were then microwaved... without any salt or pepper. We went with or tour group, but if you have a choice... Avoid if possible!
*Thank you for the great response... although it doesn't change the quality of the food. Rather than trying to come up with a "funny" response, you should spend the time to improve the quality of service and food. We did actually complain in order to get the meat cooked a little further. Our group ordered 2-3+ hours before dinner to help the restaurant accommodate our meal, which should be manageable for any reputable or well-established restaurant to handle. There were also only 1-2 other small tables present during...
Read moreIn short, they were the best restaurant my wife and I had dinner at in 2022. We had the "sweet and sour pork" as a starter and the flavor was well-balanced and had just the right amount of sauce. For the main, I had the "picanha 250g", which is a thinly sliced Brazilian-style rump steak. It was very tender, not overcooked, and had just the right amount of salt. The pepper sauce was a good pairing and added some heat to the dish. Lastly, the dessert. I had the "Crème Brule Trio", which was a bit disappointing. They were not well reheated, and one was overcooked which made it taste bitter. My wife had the "chicken quesadilla", which she described as being very delicious. My wife has a sweet tooth, so I was surprised when she said the "oreo mousse" was too sweet for her. I guess it's the creme inside the oreo cookie that makes it extra sweet, so perhaps the chef should make the mousse less sweet. The waiter was very polite and attentive. We...

Secondly, the food was not well done. I ordered a waffle with bacon. The waffle was very cold and falling apart as if it were frozen waffles not being done. Also, the two pieces of bacon looked as if it came straight from the refrigerator onto my plate.
Thirdly, the manager (light skin lady) on duty wanted to argue about the situation. The only thing I wanted to do is not argue but address the situation and pay. Instead, she told me that's how the food should be and it's normal.
!GOOD LUCK IF YOU EAT THERE! THE COLD FOOD AND FORK RESTAURANT (FOR...
