RocoMamas Maerua Mall — Restaurant in Khomas

I have come here a bunch of times, especially beginner days. So, I didn't give my review and experience because it was still early days. Today I decided to give my two cents. Firstly, the waiting staff is not professional at all. They don't wipe the tables after other guests leave. They sit at your table when taking your order. The waiter that was serving us didn't even give us utensils until we asked for it. Just for him to tell us that there aren't enough utensils to come and give us. While we're busy eating they come and take things from the table as well. It really isn't a fun experience and hinders once eating moment. We literally also had to ask for condiments and serviettes. Just for him to go get ones from other peoples' tables.Lastly, while we were busy eating this waiter literally rushed us to finish eating and pay the bill as he apparently had to knock off. I am never coming back here...

I got turned away at 2110 hrs Thursday 02/10/2025 . They claimed the time on the website is wrong and they are closed and can’t help me. Mind you before driving all the way to maerua mall we checked on google just like any other person would and it stated they closed at 10 . I was very disappointed after all that drive they couldn’t even offer me take away at least stating I should have come to the mall to check the times. The manager even said he has no control of what’s on the website as it is controlled in South Africa. In this digital era I would not expect any of such discrepancies of what happened am very disappointed to say the least in your local branch’s...

What a disappointing experience! When our meal arrived, after a long wait, it was cold and one burger was incorrect. The waiter said he would warm the burgers up which would mean hot salsa and guacamole. We asked for new burgers made properly.

The waiter could also not understand that the one burger was incorrect. My husband had to take it to the kitchen to get it corrected. Finally, after another long wait one burger arrived. A while later another two arrived. After another wait the last one arrived. The table seated next to us also had the same problem.

If we do decide to try Roco Mamas again, it will definitely not be the Maerua...
