One of the worst restuarant here at Chitwan. We visited this restaurant as a group of around 12 friends. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. One small event is we were seated at a long table with only two water jugs. When I politely requested one more for our side, the waiter bluntly told me to “adjust” . I thought I misheard, so I asked again, but the response was the same. There were other similar unprofessional attitude by the staffs. This kind of behavior felt careless, especially when we were a large group. The staff’s attitude really affected our dining experience. A restaurant should focus on making guests comfortable, but here we felt dismissed. Despite its high-end menu, the management does not seem to actively work with customers to enhance their experience. Additionally, the restaurant lacks essential facilities like air conditioning, and there is no proper backup system for lighting during load shedding, which can be inconvenient for diners. I had an amazing experience at High Five Restaurant! The Verge Deluxe Pizza Burger was absolutely delicious – perfectly cheesy and full of flavor. The atmosphere is eco-friendly, beautifully decorated, and really welcoming.

A special shout-out to Sunmaya Tamang– she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure our experience was top-notch. Her service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our visit.

The entire team was cool, helpful, and genuinely warm. From food to service to ambiance – everything was superb.
