I was there after 3yrs and suggest my niece and little sister to have some good food there.when we went there we suggested to sit backyard in terrace and we really love to stay in backyard but we were about to go there and one of the middle age waiter was shouting at us to stay in main hall instead of backyard. And there was long arguments between two waiters to put us in backyard or in main hall in big voice. I was really disappointed to get treated like that. Finally i don't want to see more scene so i decided to stay in main hall with my niece and little sister. After we seated ,the same middle age waiter came over and was asking in big rude voice what we want to eat i asked him can we get a menu first and he started to tell us all menus by himself I was like what?? we asked some momos and mutton fried Tass and they bring me tass set with some rice puffed and salad.it was really disappointed. He was kept coming multiple times while we were eating and asking us if we want anything more. We really want to eat in peace and without disturbance.
And about the Cold coffee they gave me warm coffe and said me that they have shortof ice. In my opinion they should inform me before.
Overall it was really bad experience with bad service and bad food. i don't...
Read moreOn my first visit to Chitwan from Pokhara, a friend of mine recommended this restaurant, and I ordered Mutton Fried Momo and Boneless Chicken Chilly. Momo was decent and came with mutton soup, which was pretty good. Chicken chilly tasted nothing like it should be; the sauce mix was very watery, and it didn't go well with the meat, and the taste was bery bland. The ambience is disgusting, and it looks like a canteen within a hospital. Doesn't look too clean and nothing visually pleasing at all. My ordee came unexpectedly fast, which is a plus point, but the staffs were shouting at each other and therefore making the environment very unpleasant. It could easily be seen that there's low coordination within the staffs in a few minutes of sitting. It could also be seen that they mostly serve middle aged customers in this restaurant which is why the staffs are reckless and so is...
Read moreThe first day April 15th the food was good. I can’t complain anything about the food. We were 8 people total and everyone enjoyed throughly. We had Mutton Taas set, mutton bhatti momo, chowmein, thali, salad was very nice but on April 17th we went back to same place but it was the worse experience ever. Everything they had was from last night. Nothing was fresh. We went there around 11am and the food was terrible. It was a leftover food from day earlier. We were on our way to Kathmandu most of us starting to vomit and diarrhea. I even give a compliment to owner that I came to his restaurant from faraway and I heard good thing about his restaurant But I won’t recommend anyone to visit this...
