I first heard about Chiya Factory through my Food Production teacher, Mr. Alex Maharjan, and recently had the chance to visit with a few classmates for both breakfast and lunch. From the moment we walked in, the ambience struck us as perfect for a casual hangout. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend a couple of hours enjoying good food and great company.

As for the food, we ordered a variety of items, and I can confidently say that Chiya Factory offers some standout dishes. I highly recommend trying their Jhol Mo , which was a flavorful delight, the crispy fried mushrooms that were perfectly seasoned, and the pork sekuwa, which was tender and full of smoky goodness. Given that it’s called "Chiya Factory," I also have to mention that their tea is excellent—delicious and affordable, just as you’d expect from a tea-focused spot.

Incident:

The day before yesterday, in the evening, I forgot my cap there. It was late evening and obvious that nobody came after we left. It was getting dark and rainy, and in a hurry, I forgot to take my cap from the bench I had sat on.

The next day, I went back and asked about it. They acted out, and the person in charge denied seeing any cap there. The man ignored us directly, not even looking us in the eye. (Not even a single conversation, LOL.)

What actually happened:

I happened to see their chef in the kitchen wearing the exact same cap.💀💀

It's not about the cap; it's about the integrity and dignity you hold and make your customers believe in. It's about earning our feedback and trust so we can have faith in you.

Amazing Café with Great Vibes!

I absolutely loved my visit to CHIYA FACTORYThe atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right.
