The view is very, very beautiful, but the service is very poor. We were the only people in the restaurant, yet we had to wait a long time for our food. We ordered two soups, both of which were too salty. You can always add more salt, but it is imposible to take it out. However, the vegetarian one was still edible, while the clear chicken soup was inedible. You can taste only salt. When we informed the waiter that the soup was not edible and too salty, she did not react at all.

They serve Coca-Cola from large plastic bottles, so we received a flat Coke without bubbles and had to ask for a replacement. When paying the bill, the over salty soup was still included. I had to argue that I wouldn’t pay for it because it was inedible.

The owner of this restaurant is a standup guy. Our first day in kathmadu, we reached late night. We were starving, and no restaurant was nearby. We called him to ask if he could deliver food to our BnB. He was also closing up, but still went out of his way to deliver food to us. We ordered chicken biryani and it was very delicious. Excellent place. Worth the hike. Food was great plenty and adorable (got the mango lassi and fried buff momo, I was full). Presentation was excellent (should have taken a photo). Also got to watch eagles while I was here....
