Nice restaurant up in the middle of town decorated with nice plants and a in and outside sitting place. Not al staff can speak really good English. If you order by the menu they understand and if you like to know more there is always 1 person who can explane more better. The staff and owner are very friendly! The food and drinks are very good. I'm some moments the live music can be a little loud but it's only for a while. I wil recomand this place and next time I wil come...

The Hook is located in the main street of Saurah. It’s a upstairs restaurant and bar.

The food is ok and the service is bad. We ordered our food but it takes a long time to have it. The staff speaks hardly English so asking for explanations about food is difficult. There is one member who’s speaks English.

We make an agreement to pik up breakfast and lunch at 6:30 for our safari. But unfortunately they were closed at that time so we didn’t get our...

Lapprige Pizza aus der Mikrowelle und Getränke werden erst nach der Bestellung gekauft. Die Musik ist so laut, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht versteht und über 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf das Essen. Mitarbeiter kennen die eigene Karte nicht und können auch keine Fragen zu den Beilagen beantworten. Zudem ist die Karte sehr unverständlich gestaltet und viele Informationen fehlen einfach. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, Restaurant macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck und die Preise sind günstig. Das alleine reicht aber nicht! Eine Gastronomie-Schulung sollte dem Inhaber und den Mitarbeitern erstmal die Grundlagen beibringen, dann würde ich erst wieder kommen.
