Great authentic Tharu food. First time trying. One of my favorite meals I had here in Nepal by far. Highly recommend trying Ghonghi (the snails). They’re eaten with a toothpick or by “slurping” the meat out of the shell. Order with chichar (sticky rice). Really glad I got to try them.
