Boba Time — Restaurant in Almere

Call me dramatic, say im overreacting, but im not from the Netherlands, im originally from South Africa and I always always ALWAYS feel homesick, and i'm a student in the IB system, which is insanely stressful, however, i come to Boba Time with my best friend, atleast three times every week, and the staff OH MY GOSH THE STAFF! THEYRE AMAZING! They greet us in english, they interact with customers, they memorise orders if you go their often (they memorise ours AND ITS THE BEST FEELING!) Boba time has grown to be a safe place for me and all my friends, its the best boba shop ever, even my parents have learnt that its my safe place, id be having a hard day and they send me 7 euros saying 'go to bobatime.' The staff is so welcoming, and kind, i dont understand how they only have 4.8 stars they should have 5/5 this place is mwah chefs kiss. the enviornment, the music, everything is perfect, if i ever get lost somehow, im going to boba time. the only thing i wish was that theyd have a 24 hour boba time because their boba IS SO GOOD! The tapioca is the perfect texture, smooth, chewy, sweet, the matcha DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE MATCHA! I do not like matcha that much okay but the matcha they make is incredible! Everytime i have extra money i tip, they deserve so much! And its not like 'oh their doing this for the money' no, you can tell they genuinely care about the customers, all their smiles are contagious. Loved the place. It was just near the station, so it was very convenient to grab a boba tea and get on the train.

I tried the popular item Brown Milk Tea with tapioca boba. The Boba Tea was tasty with just the perfect temperature. I was afraid that it would be too cold to enjoy it in the chilly autumn weather. But to my surprise it was perfect. There was no blended ice, which made it very yum!
