KFC — Restaurant in Almere

We have ordered a bucket of 5 original pieces, another food and drinks. Then I told my wife, to eat if the order comes first and I went to the restroom. When I came back, the order had already arrived, When I was going to eat and my wife had eaten 2 original pieces, and there were only 3 pieces left. The problem is there were 2 chicken wings rather than original pieces. I asked my wife how was the other 2 pieces she had already eaten. She said all was small pieces like these. So I got confused that I ordered 5 original pieces and why I got different thing and low priced product, please check the images and see. I went to the counter and asked a staff that I got a different item. She casually says this is 5 pieces original. I explained the size difference and showed her that these 2 pieces are wings and the board behind her head. She refused what ever I says and said this the order and please move away from the counter and let other people get...

We went there and ordered few chicken buckets at around 10.50pm, and we didn't receive the order until midnight. The manager actually asked us to eat everything in 10 mins, saying they have to clean the place (the same food they took more than 1 hour to prepare) She was really rude as well with her comments.

KFC, please get your act together ! I usually dont write reviews like this but this is the worst customer experience I faced in the netherlands, so everyone should know what to expect when they go to this place. If you can't handle the load, please don't take orders. It was not only us, a lot of people were unhappy with the service today. Specifically the way the manager talked to people.

Her exact words were "it's not our fault, we have so many orders". And who in their right mind demand the customer to eat their food in 10 mins ????

On 17.12.2024, my wife and I went for a meal. We paid like 35€ ​​for the meal. But that doesn't matter.
