The Worst Takeaway of My Life
I’m 42 years old, and I thought I’d seen it all when it comes to takeaway food – from unforgettable meals to mediocre ones. But what I received today was beyond my worst expectations.
I ordered Indian food hoping for a flavorful feast packed with spices, depth, and richness. Instead, I was served what can only be described as watery leftovers. The jalfrezi? A diluted passata with three sad pieces of pepper floating in it, completely devoid of any fat, seasoning, or taste. It was bland, soulless, and utterly disappointing.
For €70, I expected something at least edible. Yet, aside from the naan (which was the only saving grace), the entire order ended up in the bin. This was, without a doubt, the worst takeaway I’ve ever had, and I’ve now resorted to ordering food elsewhere to salvage the evening.

Daal makhni is perfect 👌 delicious. Everything else is good.
Some suggestions:
panner jalfrezi gravy need to be thick and veggies need to cook little more.
naan is good , but I assumed it will be butter naam but it was plain naan. can you please add butter naan option with curry.
tandoori roti was thin and by the time it delivered home, sides become hard. it will be good if tandoori roti will be on thick side at least for delivery orders.
it will be good to have a little salad ( onions and lemon)...

I liked the Butter Paneer Masala, especially because it was not a completely sweet dish like many restaurants.
The Rajma Curry was also nice, chana masala was underwhelming and lacked seasoning.
Naan was okayish.
Would recommend for for a casual meal.
Not a great value for money though. Have seen more add-ons like salad, and sides from other Indian restaurants which were not included...
