Burger King — Restaurant in Amersfoort

Quality has definately gone down over the years. I used to work near another BK but that was 15 years ago, and back then I liked it better than the competition.

But now?

Fries are just regular fries now. Not crispy or thin, but something that you'd get at the supermarket and heat in the oven.

The meat was average. Didn't taste flame grilled. Do they even do that anymore? The bottom bun however was flame grilled, because it was basically black, unhealtily so. I would have said something but I was taking it with me and didn't notice until I got home.

Fries and snacks are very expensive. Cheeze loaded fries with bacon, 4.50 euro, and very small portion.

I probably won't go eat here any more. Maybe in 10 years, to compare if it has gotten any better.

Service was OK, It did take some time, but there were quite a few orders to fulfill before mine. So yeah,...

My first time eating from burger king and probably last time. I hat to reapeat 3 times if the hamburger from the kids meal is beef or not until everyone behind me heard also.

When the order was finished i had no kids box but only the brown bag and without the toy.

She said , "but i thought is for you" people don t take the toy.. "you want the boy?" I said doesn t matter.

I want what is on my receipt .. the same as it is on tje receipt. The toy will be a present for someone poor or a child or just for someone to place it on the desk as a nice figurine.

I don t ask anyone what and how people eat! Be sorry when you mistake and apologise ,don t say people do people don t do. I don t care what your people do.

I take everything what i pay for.

You need it someone to tell you this???

Part of the order that we received (via Uber eats) was tasty and fresh, however they do NOT read ordering instructions (ordered burger without cheese through order customization part of the menu AND pointed out in comments that this one burger needs to be without cheese). The burger arrives full of cheese. Ok, mistakes happen, right? No problem... So we try to call/get in contact in every way we could to solve this. Nobody was answering the phone in multiple times we tried to get in touch. We left the message on the voicemail (as the instructions stated) but nobody reacted to it. It's been over a week now, still...
