Very quiet restaurant since we were only one table there. Food is good but not spectacular. They just upgrade the level of sushi by decorating its plate. Not D’Souza many choices and that is quite expensive when comparing to other good sushi cater. The concept is horrible. You are allowed to order only one plate per round. So if you are lucky to order your choice with 3-4 hups then you will feel you’re survived. DO NOT VISiT FUMI IF YOU R HUNGRY. The first 1-2 round Will take at least 7-8 minutes before you order came. So what you can do is “drinking” and that will make you full after 5 plates or after 5th round. Do not forget, you pay 39.50 on weekdays and 42.50 for weekends. With this price better go to others popular sushi restaurants that you can eat for 2. After round 2, food comes quicker. Between 3-4 minutes. Then you will have to leave soon because your stomach is filled, very clever idea. When we were there, all tables were free, still the waitress ,none Dutch, gave us a table that there is a cement pole at the back of yay Seat.. When they asked how is our experience, we complained aboutthis and she said we should told her 🤣. Apart from this no common sense act she also tried to pure my Cola in my spring water glass. I do feel sorry for the ownerof this restaurant. Food is ok , beautiful place but very very bad service and not functional concept. Please notice that there are only 39 reviews. With the staff , including, their sister restaurant, I believe there are at least 40% of their own reviews on Google. Anyhow, i did not say anything between my dinner, since I am afraid that they will spit on...
Read moreThey are a bit different with their concept. You can only order one dish per person and a side dish for the table per round. The food was better than your average all you can eat. Some dishes like the beef urumaki and the scallops were great, other dishes like the chicken Yakitori were average as best.
The service was good and they have lovely staff. But the kitchen couldn’t handle it when it got full. And this is also the down side with this restaurant because you need to order with the waiter. So if there is no waiter, you can’t order. And for the last round that we ordered, we waited 50min on our dishes.
Because you need to order with the waiter and the kitchen can take a long time when the place is full, you will wait longer than your average sushi restaurant for your food. The plus side is that you can sit as long as you want. So no time limits. Downside is that their menu is pretty limited.
The atmosphere was good and it was...
Read moreFood was good, but as others mentioned, service is very slow, which I guess is intentional as you can only order once item per round, so it's not really all you can eat, but rather all you can order :D another thing that's very annoying is, that we were told that either all or no one at one table can do the tasting / all you can eat offer. In our case, we had one person which is vegetarian and had no hunger, so all she wanted was a little something and a good conversation. According to their rules, this is not possible. In addition to the super slow service, one of my orders was forgotten... So overall, not the best experience. Food quality is good though. Went to another all you can eat sushi restaurant a few days later, cheaper, super fast service, you could order 5 items per round... That's actually a great experience and that's how it actually...
