Kasturi is all about Great India taste and cosy atmosphere.
If you are living in NL and looking for best Indian food , this is a must go place. Both Starters and Main course are really good.
The taste , in my opinion, is really good. I used to go out for food almost every week , trying different cuisines and since the time I have been living in NL , I reviewed almost all good Indian restaurants. If you like Anjappar , Diwali palace , you must try this place as well.
I found this place recently and already visited 2 twice(in 3 days) , ordered different dishes and loved the flavours. I suggest to try their Aloo tikki , dahipuri and papdi chat from started. Trust me you wont be disappointed. In case you need personalised flavour , ask them and you will get it. I am sure if you try other dishes , you wont be disappointed.
For people from North India , you must try Soya chaap curry with garlic Naan. After that you will be writing reviews like mine.
This may look like paid review but its not. I normally dont post comments on restaurants because people have...
Read moreVisited for the first time. Relatively pricy. Ordered Mango Lassi & Pomegranate Mojito. Both were nice. But Mojito was definitely not worth 9 EUR. The. We had ordered Dahi Bhalle & Pav Bhaji. Dahi Bhalle was ok.. Pav Bhaji was amazing... we ordered Pav Bhaji again as we were not that hungry, the staff asked for the feedback. we explained what we didn't like about the dahi Bhalla, the staff immediately ordered a new one, though we didn't want as we were almost done...but they insisted... The next plate was much better although it could still be improved. The second time the Pav Bhaji was also nice but tasted not as great as the first time.. Maybe that needs to be improved, the same dish ordered in a gap of 20 mins has a different taste..was personally not ok.
Overall the ambience is good, Staff are kind & open for feedback to improve and menu items are bit pricey. 4 star only bco of Pav Bhaji and staff interaction else would have given 3. Might...
Read moreWhilst visiting on holiday to Amsterdam, we came here for an evening meal on our last night before heading home. From the moment we entered, to the moment we left, the whole experience was superb. A warm welcome, (including advice helpful on parking in the car park as we didn't understand the restrictions) where we were allowed to chose the table we preferred, attentive and pleasant staff and absolutely delicious food. The onion bahjis were the best I've tasted in a long while. Our group of four had, chicken madras, butter chicken, chicken korahi and garlic chilli chicken. Along with naans and bombay aloo (and those delicious bahjis) and it was all so flavoursome. We wish we had visited at the start of our holiday rather than the end as we would have visited again. If we are ever in the area again we will return. Full marks to all involved in this...
