A small and nice place. It becomes cozy after some people are inside. It has very friendly staff and it is a relaxed place to eat. The menu may be for an European person a little strange, as the distinction between starter, main dish and deserts is not really visible in it. Desert only says: coffee. Together with your order you will receive some nice and tiny side dishes. The quality of the food is simple but good. The food comes very fast on the table after ordering, so I am not sure if everything is cooked fresh in the kitchen. The staff is alert and offers extra kimchi when you finish it. The rice is very tasty and has good quality. Price/quality is good. The only thing I really don't like is the cheap chopstick set instead of nice metal ones. Most of the customers seem to be Chinese. The restaurant opens from 11am so was unsure if someone would answer my call at 10am for table reservations, but they did! Went there for dinner with a friend; we ordered 3 types of Korean pancake, chap chae, yakitori, bulgogi dinner set and jeyuk bokkeum dinner set (with the usual side dishes), with soju, beer and white wine. We both enjoyed all the food - everything was great! Can’t even choose what’s our favourite dish since everything was tasty and with big portions. Even the kimchi tastes fresh and perfect. I recently dined at Namu, and it felt like a culinary journey to Korea. The food is outstanding! I highly recommend the Kimchi Chige, Jjajangmyeon, and the Seafood Pancake, these dishes are absolutely delicious. On my next visit, I'm eager to try their Chap Chae and BBQ options. What is impressive is not only the taste but also the generous portions. Each dish is loaded with quality ingredients, a refreshing change from typical all you can eat Korean restaurants.
