The food is tasty, but the experience was completely ruined by the waiter's behavior. They took a very long time to bring the menu, and when they described the chef's special pizza, it sounded so unappetizing that we definitely didn't want to order it. We asked for water four times, as they kept forgetting about us. Meanwhile, other tables had bottles of water, but the waiter responded very rudely to us. Later, they brought glasses of water with something strange at the bottom. The glasses and the waiter's hands were wet when they placed them on our table, and as a result, my table was in water. The waiter also spilled a little water on my jeans. It was unpleasant. This is definitely not the kind of place I'd want to come back to, even despite the food. Had dinner here on Saturday, I'd say the food is great! Typical shared dining concept which is very popular in Amsterdam but the flavors were all very good!

Unfortunately, the staff was still very inexperienced and we ran into some errors. It took them a very long time to serve us the menu and then for us to receive our first drinks. Someone at our table received a beer which was not cold anymore and also they served us the drinks that were ordered by the couple who sat next to us but left because the staff forgot to serve them the drinks. A bit awkward and made the overal experience a bit chaotic. The last point was that a person took place on the (full) terrace and started smoking a sigarette while young children were also sitting next to him and the staff did not speak up. From the outside, this place looks inviting, but the reality was very disappointing. I ordered a chicken flatbread that was completely tasteless and seemed to be made with frozen, low-quality chicken. There was no freshness or effort in the food at all.

Hygiene was another serious concern. The staff kept petting a stray dog that wandered freely behind the bar and into the restaurant, which is unacceptable in a dining environment.

The service made things worse. The blond male waiter showed no facial expressions, looked completely uninterested, and didn’t even bother to smile. He rather looked annoyed to serve customers. This lack of professionalism left a very negative impression.
