We ordered online 90mins back. The food never reached us. We called at the number to enquire when it was past 50mins of ordering. First we were told it is on the way. In the second call we were told the food was delivered at apartment 199, while ours is 166. They said we had put in 199 as calling number in remarks, which we don't believe. Then I went to 199 personally and found no one lives there (or not responding to me) When I called Domino's again (I was speaking with Ismail) and informed the same, they said, okay we will remake and resend. My family with a youngster was already starving. Then Ismail put us on hold. He came back after a min and said he spoke with the driver, and he believes him. He will not remake the order. He even said we are lying.
This is atrocious. Is he even properly trained to handle customer calls?
Finally we said pls send us the food or refund the money. He said it will take 3-4 days to refund. With his attitude we are pretty sure we will not get the refund. Now we need to arrange alternative and already very late for dinner. This doesn't feel like the Domino's experience (we have ordered multiple times) at all, very very Dissapointed on being accused...

Now it's a unit 5 minutes further away, and needs more than 3 hours? I'm extremely unsatisfied, this is unacceptable! Hope the Pieter Calandlaan unit will be open soon, until then bye-bye dominos for me.
Edit: Yes, thank you, I've already done that. I've got refunded and I've got a coupon for a gratis pizza. It would have been more satisfying to have the order delivered when I wanted to have it so I didn't have to go out hunting for food, but at least I know which Domino's not to get my...

Call to cancel told by the employee that it cannot be cancelled because it’s already prepared then we ask how long it’s gonna take to get delivered and they don’t know so they’re gonna just keep it there prepared for as long as it takes. another employee on the phone in says it’s not prepared and we cannot cancel even though we don’t order raw pizza. It’s the worst possible service I’ve ever seen they don’t allow us to cancel the order. Do not order from here just get any other location. I would give -5 stars...
